Nilhilist

Spent a summer afternoon
Last January
Sipping Amarguinha in Lisbon

it's broken
just right

most people did what they wanted
others not to the rest were
from somewhere else and didn’t care

My grandmother
Felt nothing
House spotless
Dinner served

At Christmas

It’s getting harder to remember you
When I stopped believing in you
Why I loved the day so much
I dread it now feels like church
